This song is about how love can change people. That by simply loving and giving love can change a certain person. It allows you to be found and give direction to one's life. It meant that he's thankful that she came into his life. That he never knew there could be so much more to life than being a dust carried by the wind, like a leaf carried by the flowing water. Suddenly, he was standing against the current of life. He found a reason to live, to continue his life - to be alive. She made his life more meaningful; like a rock going against the current of the river. He's not like a feather carried by the breeze, not caring where life takes him, It's like he suddenly woke up from the daze and finally knew his life's worth. He knew what he wanted to do, he felt more alive and whatever life throws at them they can overcome it as long as they're together. She completed him and filled the holes of his heart. She changed him and he learned to stand against the current and know in what direction his life would go. As long as they're together, they can beat life's tough situations.

You'd think that this song is exclusively meant for lovers. Not necessarily true. This is the song that my best bud sang to me on his last weekend here in the philippines before migrating to the us. It was in a videoke bar of all places. I distinctly remember him choosing this song and said. This is for you. Its funny how a song can be the perfect way to express oneself when one finds themselves at a loss for words. This was the last text message he sent me the night before his flight. "guess what i'm really trying to say, it's not everyday that someone like you comes my way... No words can express how much i love you". This is for you d! Miss our after work lunch escapades and bus rides home. Miss your company even more. Thanks for making me believe that there are still genuine guys like you left in this crazy world!

This song is really nice, I just love listening to this song. Whenever I listen to this song I remember my special someone whose been away for 7 months coz he had a visit in his place in Bacolod and after we never been together, I just miss him singing this to me, this was the song wwe actually sing by typing it on our message screen and we actually change lyrics vice versa, and this is the time that we both realize that we have feelings for each other. And by then he started courting me. He is actually my bestfriend for almost three years and I think that's a good start of getting into a relationship and I'm just happy coz I end up with my bestfriend and as the song of colbie coliat says"lucky im in love with my bestfriend", I love you honeyko and I hope to see you soon.^_^.

This song reminds me of my special day. Sept. 21 2008, the day that I understand the true meaning of love, the day I say yes 2 my husband infront of our almighty god.
