Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir – Happy Birthday Jesus lyrics

I thought this song wonderful. This a great hymn for a Christmas caroling or just to sing for the fun of it. I thought this was going to be a different song than what I was looking for but instead I found a better one. I recommend to all the Christmas spirit like people who haven't found a good Christmas song for the whole family to sing. It is wonderful and very easy to learn. At first I did not understand but then I looked at the meaning of the song. I think that this song is about how Jesus died on the cross to pay for our sins and that we should be thankful for the gift we have him. Without Jesus we wouldn't have a place to go when we perish. In the bible verse John 3: 16 it says "For God so loved the World that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believe in him should not perish but have everlasting life." If you trust Jesus as your savior, then when you go to heaven to heaven Jesus will reward you for all the things you did good on Earth. If you want to be a faithful Christian then you should read your bible, pray everyday, go to church, spread the gospel (gods word), and follow the 10 commandments.
