Never-Heard-Before Justin Bieber Song "California Cruisin'" Leaks, Possibly From Next Album: Listen
Hopefully Justin Bieber’s new album sounds nothing like this newly-leaked song “California Cruisin’”.
The demo-ish sounding 2-minute recording, containing an awful early 2000s audio watermark (do leakers still do this nowadays? Come on!), surfaced online on Friday (June 12th) and it’s allegedly something J.B created not long ago – and I can believe that by how his voice sounds, but hopefully just as something fun and not for real inclusion on his upcoming fourth studio album. In fact, as I said in my post opening, I hope his next album sounds nothing like “California Cruisin’”, and therefore nothing acoustic-y as in “Journals”, and that it is a fresh-sounding LP, with exciting productions and fingers crossed, more pop-oriented. I’m just done with R&B Justin Bieber.
So what’s this ‘new’ song “California Cruisin’” about? Well, the Canadian boy sings in it about his love for the City of Angels and how much he enjoys cruising down its streets in his fancy cars and feeling the wind in his air (ok, I added this last one but it’s kind of what the song’s feeling evokes). Production is very retro, maybe late 90s R&B-sounding. Some parts are enjoyable, but the thing as a whole is very weak IMO.
