New Music: Robyn - 'Do It Again' (Review)
Wow. What kind of epicness?. Robyn should book Royksopp to produce her entire next studio album. No joke. Because considering 'Do It Again' is undoubtedly one of the best pop songs we've heard so far this year, Robyn has no choice but to write a check for Royksopp ASAP before somebody else does.
'Do It Again' is the title track from the collaborative mini-album Sweden's Robyn and Norwegian electro-pop duo Royksopp are releasing on May 26th.
The amazing 'Do It Again' received its first play on radio last night (April 25th) via Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show. And we just love everything about it. Especially Robyn's incomparable passionate singing, or as Annie would say, "She feels it, man."
Robyn and Royksopp wrote 'Do It Again' after a night out in Bergen, Norway and they called it 'an accidental pop song'. And thank God that 'accident' happened 'cause the song is epic, and will definitely go to our 'must play tracks for summer 2014' playlist.
